Oxidation Systems offers a host of services in support of our customers, including the following.

REPAIR SERVICES

Oxidation has well-trained service technicians who can quickly repair your ozone generator or other chemical oxidation equipment. Our field staff have all of the tools and many of the commonly needed spare parts to complete the work on the spot. We also have dependable relationships with suppliers to obtain specialty parts quickly o get your system up and running as fast as possible.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

We offer trouble shooting support over the telephone, via email, and through our website. Many issues that arise with ozone systems and chemical oxidation equipment can be handled with a simple telephone call. Our experienced staff can often walk you through a problem without the need for a service call.

ON SITE TECHNICAL TRAINING

The key to successfully implementing in-situ chemical oxidation at a site is proper installation and operation of the equipment. Oxidation Systems offers on site training for all of our equipment. We support you with training whether you purchased a custom system or rented one of our small ozone generators.

SPARE PARTS SUPPLY

Oxidation Systems purchases equipment and components from a wide variety of vendors. We stock a wide range of spare parts at our facility. We also have strong working relationships with most of the major manufacturers. As a result, we can obtain urgently needed spare parts right away, allowing you to resume operation of your chemical oxidation system.

DESIGN REVIEW

Oxidation Systems offers design review services for our customers who are in the planning stages of an in-situ chemical oxidation project. We have significant experience with ozone, hydrogen peroxide, potassium permanganate, and Fenton’s Reagent. If you wish, we will assist you in the design process for your project.
